Purchase and Cancellation Terms

Full Payment Requirement: Payment for all snorkeling, diving, and boat trips shall be charged in full at the time of booking. Dive Bequia does not reserve spaces on any trip without receipt of full payment.
Instructional Dives: For dives requiring instruction, full payment must be made at the time of booking to ensure the reservation of a qualified dive instructor.

Non-Refundable Payments: All payments for snorkeling, diving, and boat trips are strictly non-refundable, except in circumstances where Dive Bequia is unable to operate the booked trip due to operational, safety, or weather-related reasons.
Rescheduling: In the event Dive Bequia is unable to conduct the scheduled trip, the Company shall use reasonable efforts to reschedule the trip to an alternative date. If rescheduling is not feasible, the client shall be reimbursed the payment (or the unused portion thereof if the trip has commenced), excluding any processing fees and any losses arising from fluctuations in currency exchange rates.
Client-Initiated Cancellations: Cancellations initiated by the client or failure to appear for a scheduled trip shall not entitle the client to any refund or credit.
After Commencement: Programs or courses cancelled after commencement shall not be refundable, except where such cancellation arises directly from Dive Bequia’s inability to conduct the program or course.

Dive Bequia shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these terms caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, severe weather, natural disasters, governmental restrictions, strikes, or other events of force majeure.
In the event of force majeure, Dive Bequia reserves the right to cancel or reschedule trips, and the client shall not be entitled to any damages or additional compensation beyond the terms specified herein.

Upon receipt of confirmation from Dive Bequia, the client’s place on the boat and/or course shall be reserved for the specified date(s) and time(s).
By making payment, the client acknowledges and agrees to be legally bound by these terms and conditions, including all provisions relating to non-refundability, force majeure, and Dive Bequia’s limited liability.
