Dive Bequia is officially back for a new dive season — and Cathy and Kalle might be just a little too excited about it. They gear up, buddy check and head out with all the enthusiasm of two people who’ve been waiting months to get underwater again… only to realize they’ve left one tiny detail behind: Customers. Yep. Still standing on the dock. Confused. Hah!
Join us for this behind-the-scenes moment of pure dive-season fever — proof that even the pros can get carried away when the ocean starts calling! Nothing says “season start” like that first giant stride to the water, and leading the way this year were Cathy and Kalle, who dove in with our early-bird guests.
The real heartwarming moment came when Malcolm completed his very first dive ever, taking part in an SSI Try Scuba session and diving together with his partner Simone.

Fresh Air, Faster Fills — Meet Our New Compressor
We’re thrilled to share that Dive Bequia has invested in a brand-new compressor, and it’s a beauty. Divers this season can expect crystal-clean air and quick tank fills, ensuring more time underwater and less time waiting on the dock. It’s part of our ongoing commitment to keep improving our operations and providing the safest, highest-quality experience possible.
A Revamped Dive Shop & Exciting New Adventures
If you haven’t visited us yet this season, you’re in for a surprise. The Dive Bequia shop has been refreshed inside and out, bringing a bright new look and improved functionality for both our team and our guests.
But the upgrades don’t stop at appearances — we’re also launching new specialty dives throughout the season, giving both beginners and seasoned divers more options to explore Bequia’s stunning underwater world.
And speaking of fresh energy, we’re happy to welcome new team members who bring additional expertise, enthusiasm, and great vibes to Dive Bequia. We couldn’t be more excited about the crew we’ve assembled for the season ahead.

The delay only made our return to the water sweeter. With new equipment, new dives, new staff, and a community of divers who never fail to inspire us, the 2025–2026 season is shaping up to be one of our best yet.

Dive Bequia for sale!
When I announced that I wanted to sell my company, Dive Bequia, some people started a rumor that we had shut down. This is absolutely not true. We have upgraded our equipment and boats, sold old dive gear to make room for new, and renovated the dive center. Tanja and Kalle have been bustling around the dive center with me like elves from Korvatunturi in Lapland.
We’re fully prepared for the new season, even though Dive Bequia is for sale!
Dive Bequia for sale. Very simply, without Bob, the dive shop just isn’t the same for me. I won’t be leaving Bequia but my plan is to be able to see our daughters more often and to enjoy my adopted home.
